All horizontal lifelines provided by ESG have a one year parts and service warranty. On an annual basis, horizontal lifelines must be recertified by an ESG approved representative in order to maintain this warranty. If the horizontal lifeline is not recertified, the warranty will expire and the building owner accepts all liability for the system.
During the annual recertification process, if any manufacturing defects are discovered that fall under the warranty, ESG will replace the system at no cost to the customer.
In addition to recertification, ESG’s representative will also perform an overall safety inspection of the work area, and provide an hour-long training review on the proper use of the system.
